I have flown to Tokyo many times. Although it is one of the world's largest cities it is very clean and safe. Using the trains can get a little confusing especially if you go through Tokyo Central or Shinjuku stations.

I have flown to Japan several times. I actually like so spend time in Yokohama because it is less crowded than Tokyo and is quite nice.
